Challenge:
Women face high barriers when transitioning into tech due to strict experience requirements and a lack of industry connections.
Impact:
Co-founded SheLeadsProduct.tech to bridge this gap by creating a community-driven platform for networking, mentorship, and real-world PM experience.
My Role:
Built and launched the platform, organized monthly networking events, and established task forces for hands-on product collaboration.
Learning Hub
– Reimagining Learning Experiences
Problem:
The PM Bootcamp’s learning resources were fragmented across multiple tools, making it difficult for women transitioning into tech to track progress, revisit materials, and stay engaged.
Solution:
I designed a centralized Learning Hub to streamline resources, integrate key tools, and provide structured learning paths—enhancing accessibility, engagement, and progress tracking.
Role:
Led product development, defined the vision, and conducted user research. Created personas, prioritized features with Agile methodologies, and designed prototypes & user flows in Figma for usability testing.
